2/3  ÷  4

2/3 ÷ 4/1

We invert the 4/1 to 1/4 and multiply out.

2/3  ×  1/4

= 1/3 × 1/2                              2 into 4 is 2.

= 1/(3 × 2)

= 1/6

Hope this helps.
