im not sure but i thing its 0.5 or 1/2
cause if you take (3/1)*(1/6) that's what you will get
also you had to make 3 as a fraction so you would put the denominator as 1 so if you divide 1 and 3 you would still get the whole number as 3

3 * 1/6 = 1/2
- first you put 3 over 1, then multiply across
- 3/1 * 1/6 = 3/6
- then you simplify
- 3/6 = 1/2
