B. COMMON TERMINOLOGY
The ability to communicate within ICS is absolutely critical. To ensure efficient, clear communication, ICS requires the use of common terminology.
Having a common terminology means that whoever you are talking to within the ICS, he or she understands what you are talking about. There is no confusion with regards to information exchanged among the parties.
