Find the least common multiple of x^2 – 8x + 12 and x^2 – x – 2.

:  x^2 - 8x + 12 = (x - 6) (x -2) 

x^2 - x - 2 = (x - 2) (x + 1) 

LCM is (x-6)(x-2)(x+1)
