Remember the keep-change-flip rule (or multiplying by the reciprocal).

18 and 1/3 can become 55/3, and 3 and 1/3 can become 10/3.

Now you have (55/3) / (10/3)

Apply the rule:

= (55/3) * (3/10)

= 165/30

= 33/6
