Hello!

You plug the values in for x and y

x = 4
y = 5

[tex] \frac{ 4^{2}+ 5^{3} }{2 + 4} [/tex]

Combine like terms

[tex] \frac{16 + 125}{6} [/tex]

Add

[tex] \frac{141}{6} [/tex]

Divide

The answer is 23.5

Hope this helps!
