Slope can be found using the formula [tex] \frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1} [/tex].

[tex] \frac{13-5}{6-2} [/tex]
[tex] \frac{8}{4} [/tex]
Slope = 2

So the slope of the line that passes through that point is 2.
