3/2x - 2 + 3/2x - 1
= 3/2x +  - 2 + 3/2x +  - 1

Combine Like Terms:
= 3/2x + - 2 + 3/2x + - 1
= (3/2x + 3/2x) + ( - 2 + - 1)

= 3x + - 3

Answer: 3x - 3



To Factor:
