Why is it important for the nuclear membrane to disintegrate during mitosis

The nuclear membrane disintegrates to make sure that the new nucleus will come out smoothly and easily. If the nuclear membrane didn't disintegrate, the new nucleus would burst from the parenting nucleus and would then damage the cell.
