The correct answer is "cancer"

Cancer is a class of diseases characterized by uncontrolled division of abnormal cells. The hallmark of cancer is dysplastic growth of cells that is resistant to apoptosis therefore the dysplastic growth of cells will eventually go into a tumorous growth consisting of abnormal cells and will eventually be vascularized and produce metastasis in other organs.
