f(x) = -2/3x + 2.......f(1/2).....this is basically saying x = 1/2..so sub in 1/2 for x

f(1/2) = -2/3(1/2) + 2
f(1/2) = -1/3 + 2
f(1/2) = -1/3 + 6/3
f(1/2) = 5/3 <===
