Hey there!
Because of Newton's Second Law, we know that:
Force = Mass times Acceleration
Now, we can plug in our values.
Force (what we're solving for) = 66* 2
Force = 132N
It would take 132 Newtons of force to push a 66-kilogram skier at 2 meters per second squared.
