it would be 10.549... but if you're teacher told you to round it then it would be 11. but if she/he didn't that write 10.549 with a line on top of 549

When I am working with decimals I make them a whole number first its always easier. To make a decimal a whole number you just move decimal always 2 spaces to the right no matter what. SO 9.6 WOULD BE 960 AND 0.91 WOULD BE 91. 960 DIVIDED BY 91 IS 10.45
