It might help to convert this to slope-intercept form:

6x - 5y = -13
-5y = -6x - 13
5y = 6x + 13
y = 6/5x + 13/5

There is a slope of 6/5 and a y-intercept of 13/5. Two possible points on the line could be (0, 13/5) and (2, 5). You only need two points to define a line.
