This is a matter of opinion....but it helps ensure independence and self-reliance, and at least a little knowledge is needed in order to have power. No power is needed to have a little knowledge
knowledge is important to people because it lets people achieve great things in life. it is more important than power because more knowledge actually gives you more power, the more knowledge someone has, the more power they have.
