Romeo's dream sort of prophesied what was going to happen - he dreamed that Juliet came and found him dead, that she kissed him and brought him back to life. It is a premonition, only, his dream ends in a happy manner, they are together and in love, and of course, the opposite happens in reality - the both die a tragic death.
