Explain the Neolithic Revolution in five sentences or less.

The Neolithic revolution was a change of how people lived. This change involved going from hunting and gathering to farming and keeping animals.
It happened on a global scale, and lasted many years,  but the effect was so dramatic that we use the word "revolution for it". Another name for it is the Agricultural revolution.
