Ok so the equations are
4(x-2)=19-5y 
3(x-2)-2y=-y
So just solve for one variable on one equation 
4x-8=19-5y
Which will get you y=-4x/5 +27/5
Then just substitute x in on the other equation, so
3(x-2) - 2 (-4x/5+27/5) = 4x/5 - 27/5
And then just solve, so you would get
x=3, and plug this into another equation, and get also y=3.
