For total number of electrons, add the numbers from the configuration up.
Ex. 2+8+3+2=16 so total # is 16
For the name of the element, look at the periodic table and see which element number matches ur total number of electrons.
Ex. #16 on the periodic table is Sulfur.
I'm not exactly sure what listed electron config means.
Btw I might be really wrong but anything is better than leaving it blank...
