Hope this helps. 

Each Piece costs .07 cents. Found this out by dividing 2.10 by 3. Then add .07 to 2.10 :)

2.8 is your answer because if you divide 2.10 by 3 you get 0.7, then all you have to do is multiply 0.7 times 4
