Sip was created in 1996 by Mark Handley, Henning Schulzrinne, Eve Schooler, and Jonathan Rosenberg. Sessions Initiation Protocal is used in Communicaton IP Networks to relay functions for real-time sessions. It can turn-on,maintain,and end real-time sessions.
