Solve for x 3{x-2}+1=3x-5

Multiply out the product on the left side:

3{x-2}+1=3x-5 becomes 3x-6 + 1 = 3x -5
                                         3x-5      = 3x - 5

This is always true, regardless of the value of x.  Thus, this equation has infinitely many solutions.
