The difference between bacteria and human is :
A.Bacteria are single-celled.
Other therm that is used for single-cell organisms is prokaryote. Bacteria are unicellular organisms. They do not have  membrane-bound nucleus, mitochondria, or any other membrane-bound organelles.
Human on the other hand is multi-cell organism.
