   y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - (-3) = ¹/₂(x - (-4))
   y + 3 = ¹/₂(x + 4)
   y + 3 = ¹/₂(x) + ¹/₂(4)
   y + 3 = ¹/₂x + 2
       - 3           - 3
         y = ¹/₂x - 1
