Mother will probably start to be aware of something when mother is about 18 to 22 weeks pregnant, although it can be later.

most women will notice there baby moving when they are 18-20 weeks pregnant but if its your first pregnancy you won't notice it until you are more then 20 weeks others notice when they are as early as 16 weeks
