Answer:She shocks Macbeth into action by saying that, had she sworn to kill her child, she would dash its brains against a wall rather than break her oath.She tells Macbeth to follow his ambitions and kill Duncan. She says that murdering Duncan is not a sin, and that it is all worth it for the crown.She tells him that he will "live a coward in your own esteem" if he does not go through with the murder, and she even says that she would murder her own child.
