x^2+ (2/3)x= 1/3
x^2+ (2/3)x+ (1/9) = (1/3)+(1/9)
(x+(1/3))^2= (1/3)+(1/9)
(x+(1/3))^2= 4/9
(x+(1/3))= √4/9
x+(1/3)= +- 2/3
x= 2/3 - 1/3
x= 1/3
x= -2/3-1/3
x= -1
Final answer: x=-1, x=1/3
