Plot y = -3x-3 (x = 0, y - -3, and x =1, y = - 6 ), as a *dashed* line (> means greater, not greater or equal than), then shade everything on top of that line.

Plot y = 4x+4 (x=0, y = 4, x = 1, y = 8) again as a dashed line, and shade everything above it.

Where both shades are on op of each other, both inequalities hold. This is the answer. Good luck plotting!
