A person can lose as much as 1 quart per hour when exposed to severe heat. This is an equivalent to about 0.95 liter of water per hour or 0.26 mL of water per second. Humans with average shape and in right conditions can probably live for 3 to 5 days without any water if they're not tiring themselves.
