The contents of the air in and around the ecosystem should contain a natural balance between certain atoms and molecules. The variants of wildlife also affect the ecosystem as certain animals and insects allow certain plants to grow. Climate affects both the animals and plants in the ecosystem. For example, if there is a moist warm environment, with lots of tall trees and amphibians, we would probably see a jungle-like ecosystem, depending on a bunch of other factors.
