speed = 70/3 = 23.3 miles per hour

what is the meter conversion for? what are the units the answer needs to be in?

 if its meters per second

than convert miles to meters 23.3 x 1609 = 37489.7 meters per hour

divide that by 60 to get meters per minute 37489.7/60 = 624.8

 or divide by 3600 to get meters per second 37489.7/3600 = 10.4
