Women's right to vote. The biggest change was that women felt that they were finally getting able to be equal to men.

The correct answer is Eleanor Roosevelt. Of these people, she was the only female alive when the 19th Amendment- which guaranteed women the right to vote- became law. She was 36 years of age at the time.
