well if you a 1/6 chance of rolling any number with one roll. rolling the cube 36 times would mean you have to combine that 1/6 chance until your base is 36. so you would go from 1/6 to 2/12 to 3/24 to 6/36 meaning you have a 6 in 36 chance of getting a number you want. so if the number you want is 1 you have a 6/36 chance of getting it so your frequency can be 6 becasue that would be the most probable
