A. a square is always a rectangle, however a rectangle is not always a square because a rectangle can have unequal side lengths while a square cannot.

A square is a figure that is always a rectangle. A rectangle has 4 sides, but ain't equal. A square has 4 equal sides. 

However, the answer is A. Square.
