Remembering that
d = m ÷ v

d = ?
m = 89 g
v = 10 cm³

Therefore:

d = 89 ÷ 10

Answer: The density of the object will be [tex]8.9g/cm^3[/tex]

Explanation:

Density is defined as the mass contained per unit volume.

[tex]Density=\frac{mass}{Volume}[/tex]

Given information:

Mass of object = 89 grams

Volume of object= [tex]10cm^3[/tex]

Putting in the values we get:

[tex]Density=\frac{89g}{10cm^3}=8.9g/cm^3[/tex]

Thus density of the object will be [tex]8.9g/cm^3[/tex]
