7(-3)= -21 and (-2)2=-4(-21) neg times neg = positive so the answer is 84. C

This guy is wrong, I do not know the answer myself but there is now only 3 options left for you to chose from. It may be that he got is negatives mixed up, in that case he meant -84. Good luck.
