Problem: Sammie is driving to Emma's house. She left her house at 3:57 and arrived at Emma's house at 5:13. How long did it take Sammie to get to Emma's house? 
Solution:  5:13 - 3:57= 1:16. It took Sammie an hour and sixteen minutes to get to Emma's house.
