Use the pythagorean theorem to find your answer. Note that the biggest number always has to be c so your equation will look like this:
6^2 + 8^2 = 9^2
Now you just have to see if it is equal by solving.
36 + 64 = 100
9^2 = 81
100 does not = 81, so this does not form a right triangle.
