some times when people give you a nickname there not being serious cause they think you are a queen. Like one time my boy best friend called me sweet I thought he was serious too but he only said that because I was a sweet person. but sometimes some people give you nicknames because you act or are a queen.
But in my opinion, if he knows you like him thin he is serious.
