The force of sphere 2 on sphere 1 is presented by the equation
F = k(q1)(q2)/d^2
Since the charge of sphere 2 is twice that of sphere 1
F = k(2q)(q)/d^2
F = 2kq^2/d^2
In vector form this is
2q ∠180°
