m=[(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)]

Sub in your points,

m=[(6)-(6)]/(4)-(-3)]
m=(0/7)

Which means that the slope is 0!

We know, slope = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)
m = (6-6) / (-3-4)
m = 0 / -7
m = 0

In short, Your Answer would be Option B

Hope this helps!
