Answer:

Privilege is something that is given to you but you don't need it meaning it can be taken away, A right is something that cannot be taken from you, meaning you are allowed to do it.

Explanation:

When you are under 18 it is a privilege to drive a car not a right.

( I take driver ed classes, and this is what was said in one of the texts, I think it is very fitting)
