Destroy the end crystals (using a bow for far range). If it spreads a poisonous gas, dig a hole and retreat there for a few seconds. Once you destroy all the crystals (since it’s it healing source), start attacking it with your sword once the dragon swoops down on the portal (it depends on the enchantments & the sword itself). Keep repeating that until the dragon is killed.
