how do I solve for the h intercept ?
the equation is h= -4.9t(squared) +5t + 2

If you draw the graph of the equation, the graph will cross
the 'h' axis when t=0 .

So, to find the h-intercept, just set t=0.

                 h = -4.9(0²)  +  5(0)  +  2

                   =         2 .

The h-intercept is  2 .
