Multiplying 3/7 by the reciprocal of -3/14,

[tex] \frac{3}{7} \times \frac{14}{ - 3} \\ = \frac{1}{1} \times \frac{2}{ - 1} \\ = \frac{2}{ - 1} \\ = - 2[/tex]
