I am assuming you mean how to find the mass of an object when given a free body diagram. A free body diagram shows the vector forceĀ representations. If one of those vector forces is the force of gravity, you can use it to calculate the mass of an object. For example, if the force of gravity is 500N, then you would divide by gravity(9.8m/s^2) to find the mass. Hope this helps.
