Probably teens. Although adults have lied a lot, younger people tend to do it more because of the temptations the world has created. They lie about dr ugs, va pes, girl friends or boy friends, and other stuff that they know will get them in trouble.
it depends on the maturity tho but i think teenagers because we don’t know how to control things and some try to avoid conflict or some just want attention sometimes we hide our story
