First multiply the second ( ) with 3x then multiply it with -2 and add them together So

(3x-2)(5x^2-3x+1)

=3x(5x^2-3x+1)+ -2*(5x^2-3x+1)

=15x^3-9x^2+3x -10x^2+6x-2

=15x^3-19x^2+9x-2

Done!
