When does speech cross the line? Explain.

Free speech is saying what you believe. For instance, if you don’t like the president or whoever, you can say it and won’t get in trouble. Speech crosses the line I believe with threats. Some people do prank calls saying they are terrorists and will bomb somewhere etc etc.
