If I think I’m understanding it, the new members out of the 200 original would be adding 28% to the mix

initial value (a) = 200

final value (b) = 256

⇒ R = (b - a)/a

⇒ R = (256 - 200)/200

⇒ R = 56/200

⇒ R = 0.28

⇒ P = R × 100

⇒ P = 0.28 × 100
